The broth is generally good, but it can vary from amazing to just okay depending on when you eat there.
Meat is always good and served raw in the broth.
Noodle are good, not too stiff. Flavor is decent, again, not the best.
The ph? has to be the best in Lancaster.

I disagree with the review above. I thought that the pho was horrible. You must not know pho!!! Their stir-fry is alright.

NASTY Pho...taste like dishwater. service is terrible. Although, the beef stew with pho noodles is pretty good. Still won't go because of the bad service.
