I want to like this place, really I do, but it's broth is watery and not always HOT. The flavor is weak and just not appealing. There aren't many chopped greens on top. This place is 2 minutes from my house, but I never go anymore.
However, they have a beef stew served w/ bread or over noodles that IS good!

Though sometimes the broth can be watery, I can always count on this location for a large bowl. I've been going to this particular one since they were in Springfield.

This place is great! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is always tasty and satisfying. I've had consistently good experiences both dining in and taking my pho to go. And for me, the broth is always hot--hot enough even to still be hot by the time I get home with a take-out order. Incidentally, the spring rolls and peanut sauce are fabulous, too.

I also found that the broth was watery, the meat dry, but I don't remember any problem with the vegetables. I won't be going again.:(

This is the best pho I have ever had. I have at least five friends who will only eat pho from here now. I live in Winchester and always stop by when I am in town and take it home with me. The broth is great very full, and ingredients are always fresh, even the shrimp is deveined.

I'm sorry, I live close by and I wish this place was good, but it's not. The other items on the menu are good, but the pho just isn't worth the effort. There are too many other good pho joints nearby to go here for pho.
The pho is watery, toppings cheap, noodles rarely worth the effort. Staff is friendly, location is good, but that can't save it.

Still not the best, but it's improving. There are a lot of other things on the menu now, many are very good. Pho - still stingy with the meat, not much cilantro/spring onions, noodles still a bit too clumpy, broth temp still could be hotter (they use china bowls which suck up a lot of the heat from the broth, but maintain the then lower temp better than plastic), but the flavor of the broth is improving. The place is improving.

Broth was very hot. Bean sprouts were old and slightly brown in the pho and rolls. Noodles were old and dried out. People were nice but.... $10 credit card minimum
