arely would i consider a pho shop to be an appropriate place to take a date, but Pho Viet Anh has a menu with extensive choices, and all the meals are presented in a superlatively elegant manner.
If you're feeling like a well crafted, beautifully balanced, and nuanced spicy broth, try their house spicy broth- it's such a treat in this cozy restaurant in the winter, or out on the sunny deck in the summer.
