No, no, no, no, no. This place is gross. The people don't speak english, which doesn't really bother me, except for the fact that they are rude. The portions are small, they takey one meatball, cut it into small pieces and waterdown thier sauces. Plus the place was filthy. I dare you to use thier bathroom. I only go there if I have too, but it's funny since the last time I was there, so was our governor Tim Pawlenty. I wonder what his review is?

The pho is probably the best around the twin cities in my opinion. The broth is just too damn good, taste different from all others.

Pho Ca Dao is not the best place for the eyes, appearence-wise. However, it the the best in MN for PHO. The Broth... The broth is what you should look for when eating PHO not the meat or vegetables nor the size of the bowl. PHO broth should be clear of debris, not cloudy. This tells that the person behind the creation took the time to make PHO broth correctly. Pho Ca Do does make clear broth. Very good broth takes hours to make. From the texture and color of the meat, Pho Ca Do seem to use quality meat (Angus). Noodles are light and some time falls apart and not to filling on stomach. But I like filling. Possibly the best in the Mid-west as far as my experience goes.

The best Pho in St. Paul, very friendly workers. The weekend "special" is wonderful. Maybe isn't the cleanest in town but the Pho sure makes up for it.

Super good and super cheap!

This pho place is nasty. I only went there because my husband wanted to try it. Nastiest pho I've ever had.

I love this place. Does the phrase "greasy spoon" come to mind when walking in the door? Yes. Does it give me pause? No. The food is amazing and keeps me coming back time and again.

I used to like this place when they were generous with the mean. The last time I was there was over 10 years ago when I saw a man in the kitchen picking his nose. Ever since I've not gone back. They used to be generous with the meat. The place is filthy looking. Fortunately I've never had to use their restroom.

Good broth. Meats fresh. Decent amount of noodles, if not then get the jumbo. Place is kinda ratchet, but the pho makes up for it.

several of us eat here every Friday and have always had our requests for additional sprouts and greens brought to us. Today however our "new" waitress told us we would be charged $1.50 for a small plate of extra sprouts and greens, this was quite a surprise as we have been going here since 2004 and except for short time frame have always had very good service and some of the best Pho in St. Paul. We now may have to reconsider our patronage, we will talk to the owner about this the next time he is there, we have always used whatever we requested.
