I can only speak for the Pho Ga (chicken pho), which is delicious and addictive (perhaps literally). The lunch rush is crazy, so be prepared for a small line up of usuall 5-15 people. Tables are packed. But this is a good sign - people keep coming back for more. The Pho is great, and the service is quick.
Also try the Lemon Grass Beef, which is awesome.

The noodles were very mushy, the broth was salty but did not have much beef flavor. The service there was excellent.

It's at a convenient location in downtown Seattle, and the service is excellent. The pho was another story.

I recently visited Seattle and went to the location in Northgate. Good decor but that's about it. The broth is very bland, the meat has no flavor as if it was over-cooked in another pot and place into the bowl. I think they over-Americanized pho and lost its original flavor.
