The owners have just opened this new branch in Carlton. The shop looks great with a lot of colour, looks fresh and modern. Being a regular at their Footscray shop, i dropped by recently and had to try the good old "Pho Tai", or sliced rare beef. It was a excellent as i expected - the soup was full of flavour and super tasty. Came out piping hot as i like it! So if you're in or near the city and want to have a great bowl of pho, i would definitely recommend Saigon Pho on Lygon... easily one of the best in Melbourne.
