I must first admit I have never had Vietnamese cuisine before and decided to start with pho. I requested carry out, mispronounced "pho" and did not even order the ten dollar credit card minimum. The staff graciously allowed me to pay by card nonetheless and gave me what I later discovered was a do-it-yourself pho kit. Having never tried pho I have to say that (after looking up a couple of recipes for pho to make sure I was putting it together right) I thought it was incredible. Truly a sensational experience. I must try more to have a fair basis for comparison, but I highly recommend this restaurant and hope to get to dine inside someday very soon.
