Australian cuisine inherited its nature from British cooking. From pies, to grilled meat chops, slightly cooked veggies, and chips, Australian food has evolved progressively.

I got Pho to go when I was trying to hurry home with it or the restaurant was closing many times back home in Denver, they would just give you the meats raw, all the noodles, and the veggies in one of those three way seperated to-go boxes, and the broth in a normal big soup to-go thing.

Reconstituted at home it was just as good as in the restaurant... Delicious.

I was fortunate enough to go to Pho Binh with Gary and Jay. David, the outing organizer, told us this was the best pho in Houston. Yes, we were skeptical, but we were more than willing to try it, and, boy, is it great.

The place is family run. The noodles aer blanched so they don't stick together. The broth is rich and nicely seasoned. The meat is tasty. The meatballs are scrumptious.

I was priveliged to learn about pho in Southern California. I despaired of getting top-notch pho when I move to Houston. And none of the Houston pho parlors seemed to be open for breakfast. Well, Pho Binh fits the bill. It's on the outskirts of Houston, and it's well worth the drive. Pho in a Trailer, indeed!
