Seattle Pho-Natics

April 22nd, 2011

Seattle Pho-natics is a group of pho-lovers that meet once or twice a month to sample different pho restaurants in Seattle. The club’s president, Sean Hoops, wrote to inform us they have over 150 members nationwide with up to 30 members showing up for a meeting.

Here is a video of their recent visit to Pho So 1:

  1. How fun! Hopefully one day in Peru we can have our own photastic group to visit all of the pho restaurants.

At the moment, we will have to settle with making our own as there isn´t not yet one a vietnamese restaurant in Lima, Perú.

Check out the photos of the pho we made today 🙂

Pho restaurants are becoming so popular that one often has to wait in line to be seated. If the wait is unacceptable, just remark, ” pho queue.”
